Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton is seeking a caring Care Partner to join our part-time team in North Royalton, OH. You will support residents with daily living tasks, provide empathetic companionship, and help create a warm, engaging environment.

Responsibilities include ADLs assistance, activity support, and documenting resident information. We value reliability, energy, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: North Royalton, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday and Wednesday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
