Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join Vitalia Strongsville at 21452 Royalton Road, Strongsville, OH 44149. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, delivers compassionate care, and helps create a warm, resident-centered environment.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, read and speak English, and be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
