Job summary

Vitalia Westlake, located at 26695 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, OH 44145, is hiring a Care Partner for a full-time 7a-7p shift. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on and a pay rate of $18–$24 per hour.

You will support residents with daily living activities, foster empathy, and help create a warm, home-like environment. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, read and speak English, and be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create a caring, empathetic, and inclusive environment for residents.
• Support residents to maintain independence and quality of life while ensuring safety.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Westlake, OH

Sign on Bonus $2,000

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
