Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner for Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Royalton, OH. The full-time shift runs 7:00 am–7:00 pm with a rotating schedule and an hourly pay range of $22 to $26.75.

Responsibilities include administering medications and maintaining accurate records to support residents’ well-being. You will work in a home-like environment, emphasizing empathy, professionalism, and teamwork while growing within a company that promotes from within and offers

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Certification per state guidelines and active/in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with ADL and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Good health verified by health screening and TB test requirements.

• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Medication Partner pay range: $22 - $26.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You must be appropriately certified per state guidelines and certification is active and in good standing.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening and annually thereafter.
