Arrow Senior Living in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read/write/speak English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout shift.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting/standing/walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive environment for residents and teammates.
• Support residents with daily routines and social engagement.
• Collaborate with care team to promote resident well-being.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: North Olmsted, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Wednesday and Thursday

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
