Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for The Boulevard Senior Living in Wentzville, MO. This full-time role covers 7a-7p shifts with pay between $17.50 and $23.50 per hour. You’ll support residents with daily activities and create a caring, home-like environment while promoting Arrow’s core values.

Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include 401(k) match, insurance, time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents and teamwork.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about residents on a computer.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Monday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
