Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Care Partner to support residents from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive hourly pay of $17.50 to $25.

You will assist residents with ADLs, demonstrate empathy, and help create a warm, home-like environment. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to resident well-being.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
