Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Care Partner in Blue Springs, MO. You will provide compassionate care to residents, assist with daily activities, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment for the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be physically active; able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Provide compassionate, empathic support and build resident connections.
• Encourage participation in activities and support residents as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Blue Springs, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday

6:00am to 6:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.


• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.


• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!


• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!


• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.


• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.


• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.


• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.


• You must be criminally cleared.
