Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Wentzville, MO. This full-time role involves empathetic resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to a supportive community atmosphere.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and speak English. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A criminal background check is required.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Wentzville, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Monday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
