Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner (7am-7pm) in Saint Peters, MO. The role offers a full-time position with a pay range of $17.50–$23.50 per hour and a rotating 12-hour day schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring safety and empathy in a home-like community. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, be fluent in English, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).
• Help residents with sitting, standing, and walking as well as after a fall to ensure safety.
• Print documents and enter information about residents as needed.

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
