Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for the Columbia, MO location. The role runs 7:00am to 7:00pm in a full-time capacity, offering a pay range of $19 to $23.25 per hour. The position emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and supporting residents with daily activities.

The Care Partner will assist residents with ADLs, maintain a positive environment, and work with the team to promote residents' quality of life. A high school diploma or equivalent and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to print documents and enter information using a computer.
• Physically active with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Provide empathetic, resident-centered care and support residents' quality of life.

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $23.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
