Boulevard St Peters is hiring a Care Partner in Saint Peters, MO. Full-time role with a pay range of $17.50 to $23.50 per hour. Shift schedule includes Week 1: Mon, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Tue, Wed, Fri, from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Located at 500 Bluffstone Circle, Saint Peters, MO 63304.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter resident information on a computer.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents in ADLs and maintain safety and dignity.
• Create a compassionate, empathetic, inclusive environment within the team and with residents.

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
