Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in Utah is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to help residents with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and incontinence care, while maintaining compassionate communication with residents, families, and staff. Accurate care records and reporting changes are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Must meet health and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Support mobility and incontinence care as needed.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes.
