Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking Care Partners for the 2nd shift (3-11) to provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities in a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and incontinence care, plus accurate care records and effective communication with residents, families, staff and vendors. Must be 21+, HS diploma or equivalent, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and complete training as required by State regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and privacy of others.
  • Must meet health requirements and pass background check.

Responsibilities

  • As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant you will provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities.
  • Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
  • Keep proper care records and report changes in resident’s conditions.
  • Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and individually.
