ABOUT THE ROLE

Help residents live with purpose each day through whole-person support. Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity, respect, and attention to each resident’s preferences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition and complete documentation according to policy.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

RELATABLE EXPERIENCE

• Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles.
