Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition and document per policy.
