Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Vancouver, WA is seeking an energetic Activities Coordinator to create engaging programs for residents in assisted living and memory care. You will support small and large group activities, events, and daily opportunities to learn, move, and connect with residents and their families.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer service, events, or leading groups, a passion for senior well-being, and strong organization.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1+ year in customer service, events, or leading groups.
  • Current negative TB test and background check clearance.
  • Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract.

About the role

  • Volunteer or paid roles serving seniors or vulnerable populations
  • Customer service roles with multitasking and documentation
