Job summary

Careforth, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Care Operations to lead the centralized operational support for care teams, caregivers, and consumers nationwide.

You will set standards, staffing plans, and performance targets for high-volume tasks including cost share administration, caregiver pay verification, credentialing, and background checks. You will drive workflow design, automation, and efficiency while partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams to improve service outcomes and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of operations leadership, including 2+ years of direct people management in healthcare or regulated service.
• Proven track record leading high-volume, service-oriented teams with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Care Operations team, driving performance and employee development.
• Provide governance for escalation and resolution of complex operational issues.
• Execute priorities with VP, Operations and Operating Plan to align resources and workflows.
• Own workflow design, creation, evaluation, and documentation for processes.
• Oversee cost share operations and collaborate with Finance on reporting and improvements.
• Define service delivery standards across channels and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Manage credentialing intake and caregiver pay processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee Background Verification, ensuring compliance with policies and new program launches.
• Monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services, Enrollment, Payer Authorization, and Credentialing teams to reduce rework.
