Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience directing or managing healthcare operations
• Experience in oncology or imaging operations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biological, Lifesciences, or Engineering or related field
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records is required
• Proven leadership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Create operational strategic and tactical plans for all functional areas
• Foster a customer-centric operating culture exceeding goals and expectations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
• Inspire teamwork, collaboration, and problem solving across teams
• Communicate values and quality expectations effectively
• Manage budgets, expenses, utilization, and fiscal controls
• Identify and resolve operational issues proactively and decisively
• Adapt plans to changing conditions while maintaining progress
• Develop metrics to measure progress and trigger corrective actions
• Collaborate with executives to distill strategy into department OKRs
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to achieve performance-based objectives
