Job summary

The Lodges Company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across our residential care homes. You will partner with the LALD/Operations Manager to supervise staff, coordinate schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance resident care experiences.

You will lead process improvements, mentor teammates, and maintain a positive culture while delivering high-quality, person-centered living environments for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience supervising and leading a team preferred.
• CNA/NAR or HHA certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and live out The Lodges Company core values.
• Oversite of community operations as delegated by the LALD/Operations Manager.
• Manage day-to-day community operations as assigned.
• Lead, manage and hold staff accountable.
• Support interviewing and hiring process, collaborating with leaders for onboarding.
