Job summary

Neuronetics/Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Delray Beach, FL seeks a Care Coordinator to link prospective patients with treatment, guiding them from initial consultation through readiness with compassionate care in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance education, collecting patient history, documenting in Salesforce and AdvancedMD, and coordinating with Case Managers and providers to move patients through the treatment pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/healthcare management, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum three years in a mental health office setting preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems and insurance processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments in line with workflow.
• Educate patients on insurance expectations and financial responsibilities.
• Collect medical/social/psychiatric history for documentation.
• Document consultations and patient progress in Salesforce/AdvancedMD.
• Collaborate with Case Managers, providers, and revenue teams to advance treatment.
