Responsibilities

• Schedule diagnostic testing and specialty appointments; document in patient chart.
• Maintain referrals tracking and ensure timely completion of referrals.
• Complete registration, including patient demographics and insurance information.
• Coordinate with outside providers and act as liaison between patient and provider.
• Handle clerical duties: phones, photocopying, faxing, and general customer service.
• Travel between locations may be required for coverage.
