Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage the patient referral workflow from start to finish.

You will coordinate referrals ordered by CFHC providers, obtain necessary authorizations, schedule appointments, notify patients, and track progress to ensure timely care. The role also supports outreach activities, assists with training new hires and providers, and acts as a liaison with specialist offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred.
• Computer literacy required.
• Certified and Registered Medical Assistants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with CFHC policies and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Perform referral coordinator duties proficiently.
• Report to the CMO any information impacting patient care or CFHC liability.
• Attend required CFHC meetings and participate as directed.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support coworkers.
