• Communicates daily with medical staff, hospital personnel, and external resources to ensure appropriate resource utilization.
• Monitors medical records for variances to clinical and financial standards, intervening to optimize outcomes.
• Carries out clinical assessments and care coordination, ensuring compliance with standards.
