Caring for Others is seeking a Care Manager to serve as a central hub for care coordination, compliance, staffing, and branch operations. The role connects Clients, families, Caregivers, and partners to ensure high-quality, consistent support for every person in our care.

The position emphasizes strong communication, meticulous documentation, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on compliant processes and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a client-facing service role preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.
• Proactive communicator with interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Compliance-focused with HIPAA knowledge and accurate documentation.
• Effective collaborator with a team-first mindset and customer service focus.
• Experience with healthcare management or scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to all incoming calls and act as a communication hub for Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and partners.
• Coordinate care services for timely, consistent, and appropriate delivery for all Clients.
• Develop service plans and conduct initial and ongoing Client assessments for quality and compliance.
• Prepare welcome materials, intake docs, and manage authorizations for billing accuracy.
• Support scheduling and staffing to minimize overtime and ensure coverage across shifts.
• Provide after-hours support to maintain seamless care continuity.
• Maintain branch compliance and licensing documentation.
• Conduct weekly New Hire Orientation sessions for incoming Caregivers.
