LiveWell Homecare Agency in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors with daily living activities, promote their independence, safety, and dignity. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with memory care activities when needed, document changes, and communicate with families and the care team to maintain a high quality of life for residents.

The role requires a HS diploma/GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it,

Role OverviewThe Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their independence, safety, and dignity. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized care plans, document changes, and support residents through conversation and activities. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Communication with families and care team members is essential, ensuring a high quality of life for residents.The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.
