Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP).

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring a safe and supportive environment and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safety, dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Age 18+ is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and personal care tasks
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
