Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a care setting.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through activities. The role includes supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Document changes in ISP and follow individualized care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversations and activities.

• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings
