Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on support with ADLs and daily activities in homecare or memory care settings. You will follow individualized service plans, document progress, and promote safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships with residents.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss and maintain clear communication with families and care team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Building meaningful relationships and engaging residents through conversation and activities are essential parts of the role.

In Memory Care settings, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is vital to ensure quality care.
