Sunrise Senior Living in Oceanside, CA is seeking a caring Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, engage them in conversations and activities, and maintain a warm, welcoming environment.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, support dining services, promote safety and independence, and communicate effectively with families and care leaders. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required, as is a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or able to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
