Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Caregiver in Carlsbad, CA to help residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow ISP, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

Experience with Memory Care is valued and training is provided. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and strong communication and compassionate skills.

• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
