Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lincroft, NJ is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, follow ISPs, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in conversation and activities.

You will assist dining, help maintain a welcoming environment, and collaborate with families and care teams. CPR/First Aid and a high school diploma are required, with paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
