Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Part-time Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and meaningful activities.

This role supports dining, maintains a clean, welcoming environment, and communicates with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to residents’ plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
