Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Valencia, CA is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversation and activities.

You will assist dining services, keep a welcoming environment, and communicate with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, provide enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
