Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans, promote safety, dignity and independence, engage residents in daily activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
