Job summary

Whirlpool cares for customers through our Care Expert, delivering expert guidance, technical solutions, and long‑term protection. You will troubleshoot, schedule service, and promote Extended Service Plans while building rapport and resolving issues for every consumer.

This in-center role sono remote, with 4-week training and a compensation package including base pay and upsell opportunities, designed to deliver comprehensive appliance care and consumer protection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer skills across multiple screens.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (error-free).
• Functional cell phone for MFA processes.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour weekly schedule within operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Build immediate rapport with consumers to establish trust and brand authority.
• Identify consumer needs through probing questions and active listening.
• Articulate features and benefits of protection products, subscription plans, and accessories.
• Meet and exceed sales and upsell targets per company objectives.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, or chat.
