Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Tech-Line Virtual Appliance Technician (Remote), Master Technician to support installation, diagnosis, and repair of major appliances across Whirlpool brands. You will work via voice, chat, email, and video calls, delivering a differentiated service experience and collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams.

This remote role requires 3+ years appliance repair, 2+ years electrical/mechanical diagnostics, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of appliance repair experience.
• 2+ years electrical and mechanical operation to major appliance diagnostics and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to Quality and Engineering teams about new or emerging issues.
• Provide technical support using multi-channel interactions for installation, diagnosis, and repair of Whirlpool’s major appliances.
• Support Consumer Service Analytics as analyst enabling deployment of the Consumer Care Strategy with direction from Sr Analyst and Consumer Services Leadership.
• Identify and communicate business and content gaps for continuous improvement efforts.
