Via Appliance Service is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician specializing in Whirlpool brand service. You will be dispatched from home in a company-provided vehicle to perform in-home repairs, diagnose issues, and educate customers on maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Experience repairing major appliances, especially refrigeration systems.
• HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience considered advantageous.
• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home appliance repair service with a focus on the Whirlpool brand.
• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration sealed systems and educate customers on repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize mobile tech to manage work orders in a paperless environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and operate company vehicle safely.
• Strive to deliver a consistently 5-star customer experience.
