Atria Health seeks a Care Coordinator to join our founding LA team in Beverly Hills. You will coordinate appointments, referrals, and member interactions, while supporting clinical staff and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless care experiences.

The role requires 5+ years of customer service in relevant settings, a Bachelor's degree, and exceptional communication. On-site work with a focus on privacy and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service in clinical, hospitality, or membership settings.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and a client-centric approach.
• Experience with confidential information and HIPAA basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for member scheduling and admin needs.
• Support physicians and specialists and manage their panels.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination, Hospitality, Membership, and Clinical Ops teams.
• Provide high-level admin support: phones, meetings, calendars, conference calls.
• Maintain backend systems and ensure accurate loop closure.
