Atria Health Institute is launching a Los Angeles Institute and seeking a Care Coordinator to join our founding team in Beverly Hills. You will apply superior administrative and customer service skills to design seamless health care experiences for members, acting as the steadiness responsible for timely care and clear communication.

Qualifications

• On-site role based in Beverly Hills, CA 5 days/week.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in a clinical, hospitality, or membership role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy & Security preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for member scheduling and administrative needs; schedule appointments, referrals, and other interactions for clinical staff and membership teams.
• Directly support physicians and specialists and manage coordination of their panels.
• Collaborate with Care Coordination, Hospitality, Membership, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure integrated, streamlined care.
• Provide high-level administrative support including answering phones, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and arranging calls.
• Maintain backend administrative systems to ensure accurate, closed-loop communication.
• Assist with procuring medical records and follow-up notes from external practices.
• Utilize an EMR and databases to provide records for clinical interactions, with confidentiality.
