Priority Management is seeking an experienced payroll and HR professional for our Cedar Hill facility. You will manage payroll, benefits, employee relations and regulatory compliance to support patient care and staff wellness.

The role requires organizing talent processes, timely reporting and teamwork across departments. A high school diploma is required and healthcare experience is preferred, with Excel and Paycom familiarity highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll applications; Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out facility payroll, HR and benefits operations.
• Handle employee relations, benefits, compensation, leave, workers’ comp, recruiting, onboarding and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
