Job summary

Risant Health coordinates care operations, care model, and workflow design in alignment with the RHO and KP care delivery strategy. This role provides data-driven guidance to operations leaders and supports onboarding and ongoing education regarding care delivery models across Risant member organizations.

The position requires up to 80% travel and partners with senior leaders to standardize the care delivery approach, driving operational effectiveness and performance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field (direct patient care, allied health, healthcare management).
• Five+ years clinical and case management operations in an acute care setting.
• Seven+ years of management of clinical function in an acute health care delivery system.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business management or related field (preferred).
• Five+ years clinical utilization/case management in a complex delivery system (preferred).
• Five+ years operational leadership experience in healthcare (preferred).
• Knowledge of Epic Systems Software for Electronic Health Records (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execution of care delivery strategy across the enterprise.
• Engage with Risant Member Organization leaders to deploy care initiatives and educate operations staff.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing education on care delivery models to operations leaders.
• Conduct onsite assessments across the RHO continuum to observe implementation and share best practices.
• Develop strong internal and external partnerships with subject matter experts and regional/national leaders.
• Deploy relevant policy and procedure, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
