Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy and operations, or related field, leading complex work into sustained operations.
• Proven track record owning high-impact initiatives across multiple functions.
• Strong ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate evidence into clear recommendations.
• Experience building business cases with finance/analytics to quantify costs and benefits.
• Experience creating scalable operating models, governance, metrics, or processes.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for a portfolio of care delivery services and align with business priorities.
• Assess opportunities and trade-offs to improve quality, value, and economics.
• Develop business cases for service/operating model changes and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Establish shared planning and measurement practices across services.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities and drive workflow redesign and adoption.
• Measure impact on efficiency, quality, and outcomes; share best practices.
