Job summary

Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking a Care Delivery Manager for an onsite Brooklyn contract role with Mon-Fri 08:30–17:00 shifts. You will lead care delivery operations, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN/BSN from an NLN-accredited program, NY licensure, and supervisory experience, with a strong focus on high-quality patient care and customer service. Long-term care insurance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Degree from an NLN accredited nursing school (RN, BSN required).
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare management capacity.
• Current active and unrestricted license and registration in New York State as a Registered Nurse.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred.
• Customer Service experience is required.
• Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• A Baccalaureate degree is highly desired.
• Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework.
• Minimum of 8.0 education contact hours, including mandatory training requirements.
• Case Management Certification recommended within two years of employment.
• Experience in CHHA, LHCSA, acute care, medical-surgical, or critical care settings preferred.
