Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking a Care Delivery Manager for an onsite Brooklyn contract role with Mon-Fri 08:30–17:00 shifts. You will lead care delivery operations, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN/BSN from an NLN-accredited program, NY licensure, and supervisory experience, with a strong focus on high-quality patient care and customer service. Long-term care insurance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN from an NLN-accredited nursing program.
• Active NYS RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare management administration.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience with frail/elderly populations preferred.
• Experience with long-term care insurance beneficial.

Responsabilités
