As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage data in the practice management system, assist with retail inquiries, and handle payments.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED completed or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and courtesy.
• Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and during high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and handles billing tasks.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software and maintains records.
• Supports medication pickups, product inquiries, and client education.
• Assists with retail and cash handling and end-of-day duties.
