Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Receptionist/front desk experience preferred; positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and under stress.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and address concerns.
• Assist with basic pet emergencies and ensure safety.
• Assist with medication pickups and inquiries about services.
• Enter and manage data in practice management software, including billing.
• Assist with retail, weigh pets, process faxes, and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties.
