Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers to ensure full coverage.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure continuity of care.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, caregivers, and family members.
• Support employee relations and caregiver engagement.
• Assist with office administration and daily operations.
• Collaborate with referral sources and maintain strong relationships.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (shared across team)
