Job summary

You will guide members through benefits, help them access virtual and in-person care, and collaborate with the claims team to ensure accurate billing and timely follow-up, while delivering compassionate, proactive service to improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person and urgent care appointments.
• Arrange lab work, imaging, and other necessary healthcare services.
• Assist members with navigating Planstin and Primestin membership benefits.
• Manage healthcare referrals and coordinate follow-up care.
• Help members find the right healthcare resources and appropriate providers for virtual care, specialties, labs, and specific needs.
• Collaborate with members and providers to collect billing codes for surgeries and major medical procedures, coordinating with our claims team for review and processing.
