Amada Senior Care Westborough is seeking a Full-Time Care Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will manage scheduling for an assigned group of clients and caregivers, serving as the primary contact for families while ensuring reliable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care operations, scheduling, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling for a group of clients, matching caregivers by qualifications and location.
• Communicate assignments and schedule changes with caregivers and families.
• Resolve scheduling challenges, including call-outs and last-minute coverage.
• Build relationships with clients and families as a consistent point of contact.
• Support and develop caregivers through regular check-ins and coaching.
• Maintain accurate schedules and client/caregiver information.
